Moresq is operated by Abyssal Group. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our API and website at moresq.com.
Account data: Name, email address (if provided), API key, billing information.
Usage data: API call counts, endpoints used, timestamps. We do NOT store the content of your API requests or responses.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
Stateless mode (default): Your data is processed in memory and immediately discarded. Nothing is stored. Moresq acts as a pure computation layer.
Source reliability: We store aggregated reliability scores per source name (e.g., "source_a: 0.87"). We do NOT store the actual values you send.
Jobs (CSV/DB): Uploaded files are processed and results are stored temporarily. You can delete your job data at any time.
We use your data exclusively to:
We do NOT sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do NOT train AI models on your data.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Job results are retained for 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.
Moresq acts as a data processor (not controller) for data you send via the API. You remain the data controller. We process your data only as instructed by your API calls.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). API keys are hashed at rest. Infrastructure is hosted in the EU.
We use only essential cookies (localStorage for API key storage in the dashboard). No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
